About the role 

Our company is growing rapidly, and the customer service team is looking for more agents to help our customers. You will join an ambitious international customer service team who are working closely with the business with the main focus to give our customers an outstanding experience when shopping with us.

As a Customer Service Agent at RugVista you are ensuring that our customers’ expectations are met or exceeded at all times. We are available for our customers via email, phone and social media.

What you bring

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.

Preferred competence

  • Additional language competence.
  • Experience from working with Zendesk.
  • Knowledge and passion for rugs and/or home decor.

Employment rate: 50% (morning shifts).
