About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager specializing in (not limited to) Paid Social, Display and Retargeting ads to join our talented marketing team. If you are passionate about driving impactful results through Meta and TikTok platforms, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our marketing strategy.
How You Make an Impact:
1- Strategic Campaign Planning:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive full funnel paid social media strategies on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok , ensuring they align with overall marketing goals and target audience and achieving ROAS goals aligned with company objectives.
- Utilize advanced targeting options on paid social platforms to reach specific audiences and segments, ensuring campaigns are tailored to the right demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Take ownership of retargeting strategies on Meta and other platforms, creating and managing campaigns that effectively engage and convert prospects who have interacted with our brand but not yet converted.
Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling, engaging, and effective ad creatives that resonate with the target audience, adhere to platform best practice, and meet the campaigns objectives and goals.
2- Campaign Budgeting & Reporting:
- Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI while closely monitoring performance metrics.
- Strong emphasis on utilizing data for strategic planning and operational management of complex paid social campaigns and providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Generate regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
3- Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and targeting parameters, to continually improve performance.
4- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams, including content marketing, creative and tech to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing paid social strategies for an e commerce company.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is essential. Experience in managing campaigns on TikTok is highly desirable.
- A very good understanding of different attribution models and how to plan budgets according to the channel value in the conversion/click path.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- You are an advanced user of Excel or Google sheets. Skills in SQL or Python are highly desirable but not a must.
- Very good understanding of Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in other European languages is a highly desirable.
