Junior People Coordinator - Maternity Cover

About the role
Our People Generalist is going on maternity leave, and we are looking for a maternity cover for one year at an 80% employment rate while she is taking care of the next generation. As a Junior People Coordinator, you will be part of the People & Organization function at Rugvista, working cross-functional and the main objectives of the role are to support the Chief Organization & Sustainability Officer to build a world-class workplace.
You will report to the Chief Organization & Sustainability Officer.
How you make an impact
- Administrating and ensuring that the company’s HR information systems and records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Assisting the external payroll functions by preparing and submitting relevant employee information and monthly payroll data.
- Organizing and preparing paperwork for smooth new-hire onboarding process.
- Collecting, measuring, and analyzing HR metrics and KPI’s.
- Providing an effective support service to employees and managers that covers e.g., absence, policies and guidelines, benefits, and other employee related matters.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Ability to work in a team, as well as a high drive when working alone.
- High integrity, ability to work ethically and maintain confidentiality.
- Responsible for own actions and following through on commitments.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal / written skills in English and Swedish.
- Being proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A university degree in HR, or equivalent education or relevant experience.
- Swedish work permit is a must.
