Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)
Location: Malmö | Start: September 2025 | Duration: 12 months

Are you driven by product quality and continuous improvement – and enjoy working closely with suppliers? We are now looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team for a parental leave cover. This is a great opportunity to contribute to high standards and product excellence across our supply chain.

In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our products meet Rugvista’s quality expectations. You will play a key role in monitoring, evaluating, and supporting our suppliers on quality-related matters, while also helping to develop processes that enable smooth operations and long-term improvements.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Working with quality assurance throughout the supply chain.
• Supporting and developing supplier collaboration from a quality perspective.
• Contributing to internal processes related to product quality and standards.
• Handling deviations and taking part in driving corrective actions and improvements.
• Coordinating external product inspections and tests when needed.

What you bring:

• Energetic, impact-oriented attitude with a desire for personal development.
• Experience in quality assurance, preferably within the textile industry
• Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying opportunities for quality improvement.
• Good understanding of textile materials, with the capability to influence and advance our sustainability initiatives.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately.
• Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a team, as well as a high drive when working alone.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Swedish being a plus.
• Swedish work permit is essential.

It is a great advantage if you also have experience working within purchasing or sourcing, as this helps strengthen the collaboration between functions and contribute to our overall supply chain goals.
