Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social
About The Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to join our marketing team. This is a mid-level role suited for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably within an e-commerce or digitally native business.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social strategies across key platforms such as Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a creative performance mindset and is comfortable using data to make decisions around budget allocation, creative testing, and campaign performance.
How You Make an Impact
Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid social channels.
Manage campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis across the full funnel.
Plan and run structured creative asset A/B tests, including testing messaging, formats, hooks, audiences, and landing pages.
Work closely with creative, brand, and content teams to translate performance insights into stronger ad concepts and creative briefs.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Support budget planning and allocation across channels, campaigns, markets, and funnel stages.
Apply an understanding of attribution modelling to evaluate performance beyond platform-reported results.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets to monitor and report on performance.
Prepare clear performance reports and communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, creative best practices, and e-commerce growth tactics.
What you bring
4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a clear focus on paid social.
Experience from an e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or digital-first business is highly preferred.
Familiarity with creative performance frameworks for paid social.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, and performance reports.
Experience working with product feeds, catalog campaigns, or dynamic ads.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing several campaigns, tests, and priorities at the same time.
Strong collaboration skills, especially when working with creative, brand, analytics, and commercial teams.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate performance insights clearly and simply.
