Rugvista is looking for a Warehouse Operator for a fixed-term position at our warehouse in Malmö, covering for an employee on leave. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be a key part of our daily flow – from receiving goods to picking, packing and handling returns. You'll work in an environment where accuracy, pace and teamwork make a difference every day.

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll support our inbound, outbound and returns flows, contributing to a smooth and reliable warehouse operation. You'll be assigned to a primary work area based on operational needs, while staying flexible to support other areas when required.

Your tasks may include:

• Receiving, inspecting and registering incoming goods

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

• Handling and classifying returned goods

• Ensuring materials, tools and packaging supplies are always available where needed

• Maintaining accuracy in every step, from system registration to physical handling

• Please note: This is a physically active role involving heavy lifting and handling of bulky goods, including rolled and folded rugs.

Who you are

No prior warehouse experience is required, though it's a plus.

Beyond being reliable and detail-oriented, we're looking for someone who's curious and enjoys improving the way things work. You'll probably thrive in this role if you:

• Are technically minded and curious about how our warehouse management system (WMS) works – not just how to use it, but why it's designed the way it is
