Performance Marketing Manager – SEA

About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing (not limited to) comprehensive search engine advertising strategies on Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, maximize conversions, and optimize overall campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Google Ads management and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
How You Make an Impact:
1- Strategic Campaign Planning:
- Lead efforts to drive qualified site traffic, actively working towards achieving ROAS goals aligned with company objectives.
- Develop holistic strategies for Search and Shopping Campaigns, integrating budgeting, forecasting, growth monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee all SEA campaign planning stages, from conception to implementation, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends assessment to inform campaign planning.
2- Campaign Budgeting & Reporting:
- Manage SEA budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Strong emphasis on utilizing data for strategic planning and operational management of complex paid campaigns and providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Generate regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
3- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams, including content marketing, creative and tech to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience developing and executing SEA strategies for an e commerce company.
- A very good understanding of different attribution models and how to plan budgets according to the channel value in the conversion/click path.
- You have very good skills in product feed management and optimization.
- Good understanding of how to use Google Ads script for campaign automation and optimization. Skills in JavaScript in considered a plus.
- You are an advanced user of Excel or Google sheets. Skills in SQL or Python are highly desirable but not a must.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
