Are you someone who sees a story in every image and knows how to turn static and motion content into something truly engaging? We’re looking for a Content Creator to help shape our brand’s visual presence across social media and digital channels. You’ll work with a mix of still images, motion, short-form video and copywriting to create high-performing content that inspires, engages, and converts.
About the role
As a Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for designing and editing content for organic and paid social media, adapting campaign concepts to different formats, and bringing ideas to life through a mix of static visuals, animation, and short-form video. You’ll use your creative mindset to repurpose long-form content (such as videos or articles) into compelling, bite-sized social media content that fits our tone and audience.
Beyond visuals, you’ll craft short-form copy for ads, captions, and social posts, ensuring our messaging is engaging and platform-optimized. You’ll also play a key role in sourcing, editing, and maximizing the potential of User-Generated Content (UGC) to make it work harder for our brand.
Working closely with the creative team and social media marketing managers for both paid and organic channels, your main responsibility is to ensure our content stands out across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
How you make an impact
- Designing and adapting static and motion assets for organic and paid social media.
- Sourcing, editing and repurposing User-Generated Content (UGC) to maximize brand impact.
- Cutting and adapting short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Writing short-form copy for ads, captions, and social posts that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Sourcing and clustering images to tell compelling stories across different formats.
- Coming up with creative post ideas based on larger campaign concepts.
- Occasionally shooting and editing quick, ad hoc content to bring fresh, real-life moments into our feed.
- Optimizing visuals and motion graphics for engagement, storytelling, and performance.
- Staying on top of social media trends and experimenting with new content formats.
What you bring
- A design-savvy creative who knows how to make content pop on social media.
- Experience in graphic design, motion, and short-form video editing.
- Strong writing skills for concise, engaging and platform-friendly copy for ads and captions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- A solid understanding of how content needs to be adapted across organic and paid formats.
- A keen eye for composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
- A creative problem-solver who can work fast and efficiently while maintaining quality.
- A structured approach to managing assets and handling language versions efficiently.
- Interest in social media trends and how content drives engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, design, or motion graphics.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Experience in editing short-form video and working with UGC content.
- A portfolio of work that showcases engaging social media content.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut and Flowbox is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is a must. Swedish, German or French is a plus.
