Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

About The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow and scale our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has some experience working with e-commerce brands and a track record of recruiting and managing influencers to drive brand awareness and sales.
How You Make an Impact:
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support growth objectives.
Negotiate partnerships, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with brand messaging.
Stay up to date with influencer trends and emerging platforms to enhance our strategy.
What you bring:
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
