Logistics Coordinator

Rugvista is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support and optimise our daily transport operations. In this role, you will work closely with carriers, our warehouse, and internal teams to secure efficient inbound and outbound flows — ensuring reliable deliveries to our customers across Europe.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Operations & Supply Chain organization. You will handle day-to-day transport coordination, monitor outbound performance, support inbound planning, and proactively solve delivery and system issues. You will collaborate closely with Customer Service, our warehouse, and our delivery checkout solution to secure smooth logistics processes and a great customer experience.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities with carriers, including pick-ups, deliveries, deviations and proactive problem-solving
• Maintain and follow up on our delivery checkout solution
• Support outbound planning and secure correct data, dates and documentation, including advanced use of Excel
• Support inbound planning by creating deliveries and preparing shipment documents
• Communicate closely with Customer Service on delivery and shipment-related questions
• Troubleshoot and resolve transport, system, and data issues to ensure smooth logistics flows
• Review and confirm transport invoices
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with carriers and contribute to contract reviews and negotiation preparation
• Contribute to process improvements and efficient routines, especially during peak periods

What you bring

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, transport planning or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and/or TMS systems
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy solving operational, customer and system-related issues
• A structured way of working with strong attention to detail
