Junior Designer

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our design team at our head office in Malmö. You will support the design process across our full assortment, combining creativity with precision and a sharp eye for detail. Using clear workflows, you will help take designs from early concept to final development. You will work closely with the wider design team and grow through collaboration and hands-on experience. The role reports to the Head of Design.
Main responsibilities
Support and execute assigned parts of design projects, including revisions, updates, line extensions, colour adjustments, and technical inputs as part of the wider design team
Prepare assets, set-ups, and production files for sampling and development
Maintain organized project files, samples, and deliverables to ensure smooth handovers and traceability
Assist in managing and curating CMF tools, including the material bank, colour catalogues, and design documentation
Support internal presentations and contribute to a positive, creative team culture. Approach tasks with curiosity, precision, and a high standard of execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain, Buying, and Marketing
What you bring
A bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Product Design, Industrial Design (or similar)
0–2 years of relevant experience
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
A good understanding of textiles, materials, colour theory, and print techniques
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Confident communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
A curious, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
A valid Swedish work permit is required
