Operating in a category heavily driven by visual storytelling, this role plays a central part in shaping how customers perceive and engage with the brand, from ads to on site content. The Creative Producer turns creative ideas into reality, managing projects and production while contributing to hands-on content creation that drives brand storytelling and performance.
About the role
As Creative Producer, you’ll be the link between creative vision and execution. Working closely with the Art Director and the wider Creative Team, you’ll take responsibility for the operational side of shoots and productions, handling locations, contracts, styling items, and product logistics, while also contributing creatively by adapting and preparing assets across channels. You will collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure creative outputs meet both brand and channel needs. Your role ensures that projects move smoothly from concept to delivery, always reflecting our brand identity and supporting both brand-building and commercial goals.
You will be a part of our Marketing team, a full-service in-house agency, working with SEM, SEO, CRM, Social Media, branding, content production and campaign management. The role reports to the Head of Creative but you will work closely with stakeholders across the company, especially the Own Media and Performance Marketing team.
How you make an impact
The role has 3 key responsibilities
Collaboration and project management (including, but not limited to):
Coordinate with stakeholders across the marketing team to align content production with campaign and business needs.
Work closely with the Art Director to translate visual ideas into practical production plans and support the Head of Creative in maintaining effective workflows and timely deliveries.
Production of creatives:
Actively participate in production of creative assets across channels and prepare creative assets for local markets.
Planning of productions:
Plan and coordinate the logistics connected to productions, including negotiations with with locations, suppliers, and external partners.
Source, present, and purchase props and act as contact person during shoots.
What you bring
Proven ability to coordinate and manage shoots, productions, or creative projects.
Solid understanding of creative processes (graphic design, photography, videography, content production).
Knowledge of design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suit or similar).
Experience working with external suppliers, locations, contracts, and logistics.
Hands-on design skills for marketing assets (e.g., newsletters, social/paid ads).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects.
Clear communication and collaboration style, comfortable working across teams.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in creative production, project management, or a similar marketing/agency role.
Experience of handling multiple productions/campaigns, ideally across different media (photo, video, design, digital).
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Media Production, Project Management, Communication or related creative field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Swedish is a plus but not required.
