B2B CRM & Sales Support (12-month fixed-term employment)

About the role
Rugvista is looking for a B2B CRM & Sales Support to help develop and strengthen our relationships with business customers across Europe.
This role combines sales support with responsibility for CRM communication and parts of our B2B website. You will work hands-on with customer inquiries, orders, and support, while managing CRM communication such as lifecycle flows and newsletters.
You will also create and update B2B website content to improve clarity and conversion. The focus is to support sales, strengthen customer relationships, and improve engagement and retention over time.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and digital teams, and contribute to improving how we work with our B2B customers.
This is a 12-month fixed-term employment (temporary contract) based in Malmö, Sweden.
What you’ll do
Own the day-to-day B2B sales support, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, orders, and administrative processes
Support sales in customer interactions and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM communication towards Trade Partners, including lifecycle flows and newsletters
Create and update B2B website content, including landing pages and forms, with a focus on clarity and conversion
Identify and drive improvements in the B2B customer journey across CRM and web based on data and performance insights
Track and report on key metrics related to sales support, CRM performance, and website conversion
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication towards business customers
Contribute to building scalable processes that support sales and long-term customer relationships
What you bring
1+ year of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
Experience from a customer-facing role such as sales support or customer service
Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress
Ability to work with data and turn insights into actions
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to handle both daily operations and improvements
Motivation to develop within CRM, sales support, and customer experience
Interest in interior design, furniture, or home furnishing is a plus
